Transfer from your hotel to the pier.
A visit to James Bond Island and Khao Phing Kan, where the world-famous film „The Man with the Golden Gun” was shot.
Khao Phing Kan is an island of two mountains leaning against each other from top to bottom. Khao Tapu stands like an enormous rock in the middle of Phang Nga Bay — from a distance, like a giant nail driven into the sea. That is where its name comes from.
A visit to Tham Lod, near Koh Panyee. It is a limestone island that the sea wore through until a hole opened on the other side. The cave is about 20 m wide and 70 m long, with beautiful stalactites and stalagmites inside. A kayak trip lets you see every corner of it.
On to Panyee Island, a Muslim community that lives mainly by fishing. A good lunch at a local restaurant, and a stop to buy souvenirs you will not find elsewhere.
Back to the pier, then by coach to Wat Suwannakhuha to pay respects to the reclining Buddha in the cave. Feed the clever monkeys that come out to greet visitors.
