How it works
Booking and payment
- You choose a tour and a date — through the form, WhatsApp, text message or by phone.
- We confirm availability — usually the same day.
- You pay a deposit of 30% — by transfer to our account in Thailand, via Revolut or by card.
- You pay the balance before the tour — no later than 3 days before departure, the same way as the deposit. You can also pay in full straight away.
From November to April dates fill up quickly. If you have a particular day in mind, book ahead — especially for Phi Phi, the 4 Islands and Khao Sok.

Put your booking number in the transfer reference (e.g. EP-20260901-A1B2), or your surname and the date of the tour.
Changes and refunds
- Changing the date is free if you tell us at least the day before the tour.
- If a boat trip is called off because of the weather, we offer another date or refund the deposit in full.
- National park fees are paid on the spot and are not covered by the deposit.
