On to the Hot Waterfall, a natural mineral stream fed by geothermal springs. It runs down a brook into a small limestone waterfall. The water is 42 to 45°C — warm enough to bathe in, and as good as any spa.
Lunch.
A walk in the Khao Pra – Bang Khram Wildlife Sanctuary, along the Khao No Juji nature trail. This is the last lowland rainforest in Thailand, and the only forest of its kind in the world. The trail leads to the Emerald Pool, a beautiful clear pond in the middle of the forest. It is fed by underground springs that run through limestone, which is what gives the water its emerald colour. Time to enjoy the water.
Paying respects to Phra Achan Chamnian and to the goddess Kuan Yin — said to have the most beautiful face in the south — at the Tham Suea temple.
A safe ride back to your accommodation.
